WHAT IS MENTAL PREPARATION?

Mental preparation helps develop key mental skills such as focus, stress management, self-confidence, and motivation. It is a form of support that enables individuals to strengthen their inner resources and enhance performance—whether in sports, business, or personal life.

OBJECTIVES OF MENTAL PREPARATION

The goals of mental preparation are to develop, strengthen, and optimise mental skills so you can fully tap into your potential while maintaining a healthy balance.

It aims to help you:

  • Manage stress and anxiety: handle the pressure of competitions for athletes, or high-stakes situations for executives and managers

  • Improve focus and decision-making

  • Boost motivation and mental resilience

  • Enhance your ability to recover effectively

For athletes

At your level, every detail matters. Mental preparation is a powerful performance lever to optimise your focus, manage the pressure of major competitions, and maintain consistency at the highest level. Whether it's before a decisive match, a final, or a qualifying event, it helps you master your emotions, stay locked in on your goals, and unleash your full potential under pressure. Through proven techniques such as stress management, visualisation, and recovery strategies, you build mental strength that makes all the difference when it counts.
The goal ? To perform at your peak—match after match, season after season.

For companies
Executives and managers, like elite athletes, face daily challenges, high-stakes decisions, and ambitious goals. Recovery—especially restorative sleep—is essential for maintaining long-term performance. Managing pressure, regulating emotions, and staying driven are key to overcoming obstacles. Just like top athletes, leaders set clear goals, design tailored strategies, and surround themselves with skilled teams to thrive in demanding environments.

COACHING FORMAT & APPROACH

During an initial session, we begin with a diagnostic to identify your specific needs. Together, we then define the most suitable type of support—whether for a one-off need or over a longer period of time.

For Athletes
This coaching can be structured around a full sports season or focused on preparing for a key event. It can also be a short-term intervention to meet a specific need before a competition—always combining performance with overall balance.

 

For Executives and Managers
Support is tailored to high-pressure periods, whether you're managing strategic projects or facing intense stress. The goal is to strike a balance between performance, well-being, and team cohesion—helping you rise to the challenge while maintaining both personal and professional balance.

The aim is to provide you with concrete strategies and tools to optimise your potential, face challenges with confidence, and sustain a high level of performance—day after day, and especially when it matters most.

ATHLETES

Initial Assessment : Evaluation of your needs, definition of your goals, and creation of a personalised coaching programme.

Session Duration : 1h15 to 1h30 per session, either in person or via video call. The overall length of the coaching programme is determined during the first session, based on your objectives.

Frequency : Sessions are scheduled approximately every two weeks to create an effective and lasting momentum for change.

Follow-up & Training Between Sessions : Exercises and techniques (relaxation, visualisation, etc.) are shared via WhatsApp to help you train and progress between sessions.

Flash Sessions : Quick remote sessions available before competitions.

Focus Areas : Concentration, self-confidence, stress and emotional management during competition, physical and mental recovery, goal setting, and more.

​Together, we shape a programme that’s 100% tailored to your needs — targeted, flexible, and designed for real results.

EXECUTIVES AND MANAGERS

Initial Assessment : Evaluation of your needs, analysis of current challenges, and definition of short- and long-term goals.

Session Duration : 1h15 to 1h30 per session, either in person or via video call. The overall duration of the coaching programme is determined during the first session, based on your goals.

Frequency : Sessions take place approximately every two weeks to build an effective and lasting dynamic of change.

Flash Sessions : Quick remote sessions available when needed, especially during high-stakes periods.

Focus Areas : Performance optimisation, decision-making improvement, emotional regulation during critical moments, motivation management, work-life balance, and maintaining both well-being and high performance.
