WHAT IS COACHING ?

Professional coaching is a process that supports individuals or teams in developing their potential and skills within a professional context.
Coaching is also defined by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) as a partnership between coach and client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential.

FORMAT AND APPROACH

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

First Session :
Identification of your needs, clarification of your goals, and development of a personalised action plan.

 

Session Duration :
1h30 to 2h per session, in person or via video call.

Frequency :
Sessions approximately every two weeks.

Coaching Duration :
3 to 6 months, depending on your goals and desired outcomes.

Flash Sessions :
Remote sessions available when needed before key moments (strategic meetings, negotiations, career transitions) to help you stay focused and make the best decisions.
