FORMAT AND APPROACH
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
First Session :
Identification of your needs, clarification of your goals, and development of a personalised action plan.
Session Duration :
1h30 to 2h per session, in person or via video call.
Frequency :
Sessions approximately every two weeks.
Coaching Duration :
3 to 6 months, depending on your goals and desired outcomes.
Flash Sessions :
Remote sessions available when needed before key moments (strategic meetings, negotiations, career transitions) to help you stay focused and make the best decisions.
